• Slower pitches may continue to pose a challenge: At Wankhede, Mumbai’s strengths are amplified. The conditions suit their style—good bounce, quick outfields, and an emphasis on pace. However, the dynamic shifts on slower tracks. Spin becomes more influential, stroke-making isn’t as straightforward, and navigating the middle overs becomes critical.
